Thank you, Isaac. I appreciate the humor embedded in your writing. I don't really understand what I'm looking at with those beautiful charts but it doesn't matter.

What I do understand, increasingly, is that what is unfolding in our world can only be understood at a cosmic level. I think it's safe to say we need a very big Zoom Out perspective in which to view the current shit show.

Despite expected disruptions, all ultimately good. It's written in the stars, so, hey, let go cause it's gonna happen.

I like the Make Astrology Great Again, twist on MAGA. I find I listen more to astrologers lately myself.

Good toolbox to have on hand.

Best to you.

Thankyou Kathleen. A cosmic perspective seems the only way.

Oooh that last meme is to die for! Literally and finally I guess, over many iterations of the Bide Boy. There needs to be more attention, imo, to the purpose of the imbecile act of the debate. My prediction was that Gavin would signal 'We don't care who wins on our team' and Kamala would mean, 'This is Trump time, Gavin is next.' Your thoughts?

Thanks for this Isaac. And I'm going to copy the link to your wombat page because I can't bear to close it on my tabs. Then, when you like my comment, I can still keep 'tabs' on it: https://theoatmeal.com/comics/wombats.

The debate was such an obvious narrative turning point. I can see them slipping in someone like Pete Butterycheeks (as opposed to hard and firm wombat cheeks) when it’s obvious that no one likes Kamala, and keeping her as VP. Although I also think it’s quite possible that something happens soon that takes an election in November completely off the table. Either way, I’m focused on laying down some fake apocalypse drum beats

Excellent term, "obvious narrative turning point." I think that Kamala is meant to keep the Dems playing the game (First Woman President, whoo-hoo!) but never meant to win. It's a shoo-in for the Chosen One. Although I wouldn't put an apocalypso past them (make sure you get that in your drum beats.)

Oh speaking of calypso, I've been enamored of Minyo Crusaders lately, who do traditional Japanese folk songs to Caribbean rhythms. Do you sub Conspirat? I think the two of you are very like-minded and light-hearted in your humor: https://conspirat.substack.com/p/wef-world-entertainment-friday-week-fd7. I also love the Gaucho Guy in this post. He also does the comic Rat Says.

Yes to Beautiful Brutal Wombat Buttocks.

Ok so I’ll buy the dip then?

Maybe bombs not bullets this time? Any big rallies on the 14th?

Well: our Mars-Uranus event misfired a few days prematurely. In which case, one more reason not to watch the Closing Ceremony
