Grinding to a Halt; Tests of Endurance

April Astrological Archetype #3: Preparing for the Saturnian Shift.

Truly — with Uncertainty and Unpredictable Change now defining our Realm — it has never been a better time to be a Town Planner turned Conspiracy Theorist turned Astrologer.

Indeed, it is my Interdisciplinary Professional Opinion that the Astrology of the Eclipse shows an indisputable Planning and Logistical nightmare: Celestial and Societal Conditions ripe for congestion, chaos and hence (given the fundamentally Occulted nature of an Eclipse) nefarious agendas to be forwarded.

Why? Because, before we get to our Sudden Silver Linings of Jupiter-Uranus, we must first negotiate the second Major Planet Conjunction of April: this time between the two traditional Malefics, Mars and Saturn, two days after the April 8th Eclipse.

If that wasn’t enough (it was, but so it goes with the Skyclock), we also just had that Prankster Mercury, turning Retrograde on the 1st of the Month: clearly signalling that our main intellectual defence across April is to retain a Cosmic Sense of Humour.

An April Fools Mercury Retrograde — communication breakdowns and travel hijinx et al. — plus an Aggressively Suppressive Mars-Saturn has post-Eclipse gridlock written all over it: in fact, as you are now surely well aware of, many local US authorities in the Eclipse path have been explicitly warning their residents to have several weeks worth of essential supplies on hand. Thus, the most obvious real world impact of the Great American Eclipse is the country in question quite literally Grinding to a Halt.

Expect this quintessentially Mars-Saturn experience to be a key Archetypal theme across April. For our previous Malefic Meeting 2 years ago, we saw the Russian advance into Ukraine Grind to a Halt: where it has since remained, locked in a brutal stalemate that has been described in euphemistic Military terms as a “Meat Grinder”.

The good news is, with a new cycle commencing, we will see a new stage of that geopolitical scenario: hopefully involving less human carnage. The less optimistic news is that our second-to-last Malefic Meeting occurred in March 2020, when we witnessed the unprecedented sight of the whole world quite literally Grinding to a Halt from a Global Pandemic: think Appropriate Caution in the face of Danger on one hand, or Aggressive Authoritarian Restrictions on the other.

Are we about to see the unfoldment of Plandemic 2.0: X Edition? One can hardly think of a more symbolically-potent Disease X Super Spreader Event than millions of people converging on and then dispersing from a Path of Totality that literally marks an X across America. The fact that the exact midpoint between this Eclipse and that of August 21 2017 was December 14 2020 — also a Solar Eclipse, and the day the first Pfizer Jibby Jab intruded into the human genome — suggests more Germ Inverting tomfoolery may be afoot.

The finishing touch? The Pfizer facility where these biological concoctions were manufactured happens to be in Chesterfield Missouri, right on the April 8th Path of Totality.

Whether Plandemic X eventuates or not, it serves us all to start getting accustomed to the Restricting and Disciplining role of Saturn, as it grows closer to a 2026 “plugging the holes” Conjunction with Neptune. Let’s call this current Malefic Meeting with Mars as our Initiation by Fire into this broader Saturnian Shift, and a chance to practice its most empowering manifestations:
