But note that he said “ …I also bring you the memes to save yourselves”.

Oh or was that “the means…”?

Anyway I think we might just about be saving ourselves with memes.

But how did he know what memes were in the 1950’s?

This time travel stuff does my head in.

Orange Man has already provided the means/memes for many of us to save ourselves. I think of Trump as an awakening protocol inserted into the simulation: once you detach from him emotionally and start enjoying the show for the grand troll that he is, the constructed nature of reality appears to unravel before our eyes.

Wrong president. Sorry. We've already had the Antichrist as president.

I’m not saying you are wrong, but that would imply we are officially in the Apocalypse 🙈

This is, by far, the most fun Substack I’ve read in awhile. God, it’s so refreshing to read something with a sense of humour but also not taking itself so damn seriously. And have juicy bits of info ‘cause let’s face it: real life has become more entertaining, shocking, and absurd than cinema.

I now HAVE to rewatch Donnie Darko. It’s been too long and a different person might as well have watched it because I’m way different than I was 20 years ago. Shit, three years ago me has nothing to do with the me now.

I also need to actually follow up on reading your Qtard articles. There’s just so much to read and I got family and business responsibilities to tend to on the daily. But it’s hard for a newbie tinfoil hatter to catch up to it all, ya know?

But.

I watched all the links. And I appreciate you linking to my stack. And for the kind words. And now, I need to take a deep breath and jump down the wombat hole.

Thank you! I love how natural it was for me to slot your article into the flow of mine.

There are many Stackers doing amazing work in bringing the appropriate level of seriousness and solemnity to the current circumstances. I don’t feel like I can add much to their contributions, so I’m choosing levity, memes and pop culture references instead.

Well, I’ve noticed that whenever I get on my soapbox, I’m preaching to the choir so I think your method might be more effective, less we get stuck in our echo chambers or get a normie to change their mind. Which does happen. Full witness. A normie might not take an article like this too seriously but you’ve planted that seed. It’s on.
