No preamble needed with a title like that (except to acknowledge the obvious that, now that we are two assassination attempts deep, Part 4 of The Orange Moonchild has unavoidably risen to the top of the to-do list) so let’s do this, fellow diggers.

A Kite-reinforced Sun-Moon Polarity — the ambiguously sinister Piscean couple of Saturn and Neptune preparing to conclude the Tropical cycle, with Mercury preparing for perfection at the other end — all T-Squared by Jupiter, plus a turbocharged Venus transitioning from her Trine with Jupiter to her Square with Pluto in a close Opposition to Chiron.

And, of course, Rahu and Ketu just lurking within the Orb of Influence (great Astrologer band name) — enough that if you happen to be in the perfect spot on the Realm, at this perfect time, you might just look up and wonder if Luna was just slightly glitching.

Both Saturn and the Moon will be occupying the Lunar Mansion of Purva Bhadrapada — The Nakshatra of Two Faces, which can be perhaps best understood archetypally as The Bipolar Aquarian. From Subterranean Homesick Aquarian:

Probably my favourite Pop Culture Astrology Fact is that virtually the entire cast of Breaking Bad — perhaps the greatest Pop Culture ode to embodying conflict and duality — were P. B. natives: including the two stars, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, as well as the Creator Vince Gilligan. The show is essentially a creative manifestation of the extreme of the Purva Bhadrapada Archetype.

It is worth getting rid of the noise, and reinforcing visually that there is no other starting point from which to approach this Eclipse but from the experience of Opposition, Polarity, and ultimately Duality.

You can very literally see the Breaking Bad dynamic playing out: the Sun and Mercury in the Organised, Meticulous, Untainted sign of the Virgin, being enticed across into murky waters by some of the shadiest characters the Skyclock has to offer. If we look holistically at the Lunar Zodiac, Saturn-Neptune leaving Tropical Aries is also Saturn-Neptune leaving Purva Bhadrapada and becoming firmly nestled in Sidereal Pisces. This Nakshatra is the second of a pair — Uttara Bhadrapada — which is where the deeper Piscean meaning of all the madness is slowly revealed.

So, basically, this Eclipse is it: Peak Saturn-Neptune Duality.

We are being asked to be present and conscious in this duality, to witness and experience the unprecedented level of polarity that currently exists in our reality, and to brace for whatever fresh hell awaits us around the 23rd — as a recently eclipsed Luna joins Jupiter as a particularly seedy Venus enters Tropical Scorpio Square to Pluto.
