A Wholesome Astrotheological Guide to the Apocalypse
Take heart, fellow diggers: even the End Times are Written in the Stars.
In a social climate where almost anything can be taken as a Biblical Sign, it seems a bit cliche to talk seriously about the Apocalypse.
However, long-to-medium-term diggers know by now that such Literalism is no longer a laughing matter, and that various Celestial Signs appear to be pointing to the fact that we have just recently entered a uniquely Revelatory period in human history.
Not only that: but that this very time — the 8th month of 2024 at the conclusion of the 33rd Olympiad — might be when things start to get Very Interesting.
This means, in turn, that these are the times (Times) that a Digger’s incarnation was intended for — and that, in turn, this is the longest (Moonchild excluding) and most important Wholesomely Foreboding Skyclock Forecast Sunrise Rant in Simulation history.
As you can see from the thumbnail, the Greek Weather Gods — never lacking a perverse sense of humour — ensured that my climb up a fairy steep small mountain turned appropriately Foreboding.
The forecast for the Forecast was not ideal — and Apollo is not a deity to be trifled with, as we are about to find out — however time was of the essence, and I wanted to get this one out to fellow diggers as soon as possible.
What I show in this video is that we are beyond reasonable doubt in the “Apocalypse”: the prophetic events outlined in the final chapter of the New Testament and quite likely many times prior to. I am not the first to do this, nor to argue that the Apocalypse in question is fundamentally understood through an Astrotheological lens.
However, as far as this humble-ish digger is aware, I am the first to combine these two into a coherent Astrotheological and Chronological narrative: that the story in Revelation is a coded warning from our Stargazing Ancestors of an interconnected series of extreme Skyclock events that we can clearly and definitively place ourselves within.
And, more importantly, I will show that Astrology gives us all the tools we need to understand, prepare for and make the most of this most significant period in Simulation history.
Given the length of the Rant, I thought I would keep this post fairly short — my current intention is to unpack the Astrology of the Apocalypse in more detail in a follow-up series.
To give you a taste, I’ll lay out the skeleton of the script below: however I would highly recommend persisting to the end of my wind-and-rain-swept celestial story, and share as you feel compelled.
Well! Even with an apocalyptic flare, the rant, the hike, and the view were magnificent! Glad to hear there will be a mini golden age. It’ll be good for morale. Well done spelling it out for us rubes.
Ok, now you've really piqued my interest...I don't have the bandwidth to view the vid, so will have to get to the library this week!
